My background
My work weaves together two complementary paths: a deep immersion in holistic and spiritual traditions, and over twenty years of experience in international business and leadership. This blend allows me to hold space with both empathy and grounded presence, uniting ancient wisdom with modern professionalism.
My story
I'm Italian, based in Paris after several years in Dublin, with a career that has taken me across countries and cultures. For over 20 years — and still today — I've worked in corporate marketing, sales, and strategy.Then life stopped me. Burnout and infertility forced me to listen to my body in a way I never had before. What began as a personal crisis became a profound transformation — and the foundation of everything I now offer.I come from a family with strong spiritual and shamanic roots. What I had always sensed in the background became impossible to ignore, so I chose to integrate it rather than keep it separate from the rest of my life.

About the name Dvina: it comes from the Sanskrit Dvihīna (द्विहीन), "of both feminine and masculine" — the essence of my work: the integration of duality. Structure and flow, logic and intuition, action and surrender.

For more than 20 years — and still today — I've held commercial and leadership roles in multinational companies, across marketing, sales, and strategy, working between Italy, Ireland, and France.
That world taught me clarity, structure, and how to deliver under pressure — and it keeps me honest: everything I teach about living cyclically, I practise inside deadlines and back-to-back meetings.
