This atelier is about understanding the basics of crystals and building a real, living relationship with them: through your body, your cycle and the season you’re in.

WHAT WE WILL DO

• ​How to choose a crystal with your intuition, whether you’re at home or standing in a shop

• ​What a crystal’s shape, colour and texture tell you, from tumbled stones to points, spheres and clusters

• ​How to cleanse, charge and program it, simply enough that you’ll actually keep doing it

• ​Which crystals support you in each phase of your cycle and each season of the year

• ​How to bring them into daily life: at home, at work, while you sleep

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• ​Your own crystal, chosen intuitively during the atelier to hold your intention for 2027

• ​A guide card to keep working with crystals after we part, and to choose your next ones with confidence

• Herbal tea and a sweet treat
